Welcome
I’m a strategic UX Researcher with a decade of experience turning research and experimentation into measurable product outcomes in both B2B and B2C contexts.
My work spans the full research lifecycle: from early discovery and generative research through to evaluative studies, usability testing, and post-launch measurement. I embed research into growth and experimentation frameworks, which means I’m as comfortable designing an A/B test as I am running a diary study, and I know how to connect both to business impact. That approach has contributed to uplifts of 3–75% in conversion, sign-ups, and engagement across the products I’ve worked on.
What sets me apart is a background that bridges research depth with design fluency. I don’t just hand off insights. I work with teams to act on them, and I can trace a line from a research finding to a shipped feature to a metric that moved.
I hold an M.Sc. in Human-Computer Interaction Design from City University of London, where I wrote a paper on how users develop trust and confidence in AI agents – a question that’s become considerably more urgent since. Outside work, you’ll find me exploring AI tools, writing music, and hiking.
